Phoenix V Homeowners Association is pleased to announce their partnership with street artist, Kelsey Montague. Montague ventured to the beautiful sugar white-sand beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast to create an unforgettable piece of art that will be remembered by guests of Phoenix V in Orange Beach, Alabama for years to come. Montague has created an interactive mural in the lobby of the condominium in hopes to enhance the guest experience at Phoenix V.

“Phoenix V is so proud to be able to host Kelsey Montague’s art. Her mural is a great way for our community to engage with art in a fun and meaningful way. This mural also shows the innovative leadership of the Phoenix V Board and ownership, as the mural highlights our Gulf sea turtles, it is a testament to the importance Phoenix V attaches to our building’s recent award for our turtle-friendly work. Kelsey’s mural not only enhances our building, but it should help bring even more guests to our property and help our owners to create a more fun atmosphere for guests. Montague is an artist interested in bringing together public art, interactive art, and social media as a whole. She encourages individuals to engage with her murals and share their experiences via online platforms. Montague began creating large-scale street art around the world in 2014 bringing a fun and interactive experience to different communities.

It was the hopes of the Phoenix V HOA to add this beautiful interactive mural to the many other amenities along the property to not only add to the guest experience, but to also increase tourist attraction within the condominium, and the community. Montague has drawn national attention, and has many murals in cities throughout the United States.

While Orange Beach, Alabama is a small town, it is an exciting place to visit. There are restaurants galore, concert venues, and of course the white sand beaches you just have to stick your toes in. Art is a perfect addition to attract more visitors to our area.

They have brought to life Phoenix V’s love of sea turtles and this mural represents our dedication to their protection on our property. It also brings a unique interactive experience to our building for owners and guests to enjoy. It has been fantastic to see the photos taken at Phoenix V show up on Montague’s instagram feed and others when photo users post their pictures with the hashtag #PhoenixV and #whatliftsyou.
